This unprocessed image was taken during Cassini's close approach to Tethys on September 24, 2005. The image was taken with the narrow angle camera from a distance of approximately 82,200 kilometers (51,100 miles) from Tethys and at a Sun-Tethys-spacecraft, or phase, angle of 21 degrees. Resolution in the image is about 487 meters (1,598 feet) per pixel.
