This unprocessed image was taken during Cassini's close approach to Tethys on September 24, 2005. The image was taken with the narrow angle camera from a distance of approximately 70,400 kilometers (43,800 miles) from Tethys and at a Sun-Tethys-spacecraft, or phase, angle of 21 degrees. Resolution in the image is about 417 meters (1,368 feet) per pixel.
