This unprocessed image was taken during Cassini's close approach to Tethys on September 24, 2005. The image was taken with the narrow angle camera from a distance of approximately 21,900 kilometers (13,600 miles) from Tethys and at a Sun-Tethys-spacecraft, or phase, angle of 18 degrees. Resolution in the image is about 128 meters (419 feet) per pixel.
