The image was taken with the narrow angle camera from a distance of approximately 44,800 kilometers (27,800 miles) from Dione and at a Sun-Dione-spacecraft, or phase, angle of 22 degrees. Resolution in the image is about 264 meters (866 feet) per pixel.
